Joe Pitcher
V.Group Commercial Director, Americas
Originally from the UK and based in Fort Lauderdale, USA, Joe Pitcher has extensive experience in sales to the maritime industry, having joined GMT in 2019 from Videotel, a maritime training provider, where he was Global Sales Director.
Prior to Joe’s role at Videotel, he was Head of Sales for V.Ships Marine Services, based in Glasgow, UK and even worked with V.Travel providing Joe with a strong track record within the crew travel market, including a role with P&O Travel in London.
Joe has significant experience in multiple global markets, covering Asia, Europe and the Americas. Providing solutions to and support the maritime sector continues to be one of Joe’s key motivations in his extensive work in the industry.
Joe currently represents V.Group (GMT’s parent company) for all group businesses in the Americas, including GMT. Joe liaises with the marine and offshore industries in the region for technical and crewing services, including travel as an integral part of vessel operations.
