Microsoft Update: CrowdStrike Notice to GMT Customers

As you are most likely aware, the USA and many other parts of the world have been affected by a massive data outage causing users’ systems to suddenly crash.
While our agents can still access your existing reservations, many of our suppliers including airlines, hotels, and car rental companies are affected and their systems are still in the process of getting back online.
Our priority is to assist our customers with the most urgent travel needs as well as support those who are currently traveling.
Our phones and email remain open and unaffected for the most part, and our agents are responding as quickly as possible to customer requests. Please have patience as this situation develops and we return to business as usual.
