GMT reserves the right to amend or vary this statement and any of the contents of this Service from time to time in its sole discretion. This statement, as amended or varied from time to time, applies to all your interactions with the Service both now and in the future.
In order for GMT to fulfil legal, contractual, and business responsibilities, it will collect, hold and process certain pieces of information. What we need
Global Marine Travel (“GMT”) will be considered the “Data Controller” of the personal data you provide to us. GMT’s registered address is;

This information may include but is not limited to your Name, Passport Information, Email Contact, Address, Airline/Car/Hotel Loyalty Membership Schemes.

Why we need it
We need the details of named individuals for the purpose of booking travel arrangements.
We may use information about you in the following ways:
- For creation of the PNR (Passenger Name Record on our reservations systems)
- For securing Air, Hotel or Car inventory.
- For creation of traveler profile on our systems for repeat booking.
We may give your personal data to third parties where:
- This is legally required for visa and immigration purposes such as APIS (Advance Passenger Information Service)
- There is a need to create a record on third party hosted reservation systems
We will not sell or pass your personal data to a third party for the purposes of direct marketing.
What we do with it
All personal data is processed by GMT staff for the purposes above and is located on information technology systems owned and operated by GMT, or that of verified third parties. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers.
Non-GMT employed third parties do not have access to your personal data unless the law or a contractual agreement allows them to do so.
GMT staff, our agents, and sub-contractors will use your data to communicate with you on any matter relating to the provision of the services in general use this information. We also use the information we collect to notify you about important changes to the Service and new GMT services.
In the event that our business is sold or integrated with another business your details may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchasers’ advisers and will be passed on to the new owners of the business.
GMT does not sell / trade or rent your personal information to others.
